Good evening, this battery box is fantastic! Run an HF ham radio for approximately 5 hours are more dependent on transmissions. Customer service is excellent. Had a crack in the box upon delivery and they sent me one no questions asked, I did send them photos. Everything just works great including the lithium battery charger. The lights are very bright. The only improvement would be a place to plug the battery charger in on the outside of the box.
Used this twice so far. Everything was just as advertised. incredibly light weight and powerful. And Eric Williams of your support team is great! Helpful and responded quickly to my questions. Combination of a great product and great service is awesome!
