She took the time to explain it all to me and her responses were speedy and clear.

The electrical installation that SESE did has to rank as the best I’ve ever seen. The cable routing was a far neater job than I’d any right to inspect (and the panels on the roof look good too, but I’ve not been up there to check!)

Brilliant service installing electric car charger on our property. Booked in an appointment for a weeks time, great communication from the advisor. Engineer friendly and professional, fitted the charger quickly and did great job with tidy cable clipping. Fantastic service all round!
I am extremely happy with our experience with SESE. Having researched numerous companies for our Solar Panel and Battery solution and receiving various quotes and surveys I found the whole process from SESE a clear winner in terms of price, professionalism and expertise. Our survey was conducted by Glen who was extremely courteous and helpful and set the tone for the whole engagement.
Our customer contact Ben was responsive and gave us all the details of our booking and what to expect from the installation. Our scaffolding was arranged and put up promptly by Marcus and his team with minimum fuss and the installation team were onsite the next day. Max and Sam kept us informed on the panel installation while Will and Nick gave us a full run down on the electrical installation and how everything worked.
Once the work was complete we received all of our documentation, warranties, guidance, welcome packs etc. from Ben in addition to also receiving a courtesy call several days later from Will the electrician to check that everything was ok.
Overall an outstanding experience and team to deal with. I will definitely be using SESE in the future for further upgrades to our installation and highly recommend them.
