Ordered two 150 watt panels with hardware. They arrived on time. When I unpackaged the first panel, I thought, "wow, this is packaged really well". But I spoke too soon. Upon taking the other panel out, I noticed it was shattered. Not the fault of the manufacturer or Off Grid, but rather a delivery problem. I notified customer service, sent pictures and in 3 days I had a new panel. They both were great and the hardware is solid. I would purchase again from Off Grid stores.

Battery Packaged well, shipping was quick. We bought this unit to replace our lead acid battery bank. All of our components are outback power, so some settings had to be changed to be compatible with this unit. I called in an expert to make those changes. Installation on the wall with simple and straightforward. Unit looks great and so far no issues. We went from 2500+ pounds of batteries down to 133 pounds, talk about a back saver!
The Rich Solar portable panels are well made including metal frames, metal kickstands, plastic corner bumpers and tempered glass. The kickstands are sturdy and hold the heavy panels in place! Yes, I said heavy, at approximately 37 pounds per set. The weight is OK with me as they withstand the wind and stay in position. The panels are equipped with MC-4 connectors and perform well with my EcoFlow PD3 with two Extra Batteries. Looking for solidly made, sturdy portable panels, this is your panel!
My current array uses Spartan 200 watt panels. When I decided to expand my array I learned the Spartan panels were out of stock and have been for months with no ETA. The RICH MEGA 200 watt panels are identical in specifications to the Spartan panels. I have the same number of each panel now and they get along well together. It''s hard to quantify but my guess is the RICH panels are outputting more than the Spartans. Build quality is very good as well as the packaging. Thanks!
I purchased two of these panels to power a Goalzero Alta 80. The panels are mounted on a Suner Power pole mount. They are about an 1/2 inch narrower than the mount but are still very secure. The first day the two panels produced peak 107w and held that for about an hour. 600w total for the day with panel going into the shade at 3:25. Today they peaked at 102w. Pretty idle conditions here in the DC area with mounts at 30 degree tilt. Both panels were packaged well and arrived on time. Very pleased with the purchase.
