On the 6th of October 2022, Partner and Financial Advisory Services Leader Nicos S. Kyriakides, and Eliza Loucaidou, Director at the Innovation and Entrepreuneurship Centre, participated in the final workshop of "EMPOWER - Empowering the Cyprus power system with sustainable and intelligent technologies" project entitled "Energy storage in Cyprus: New technologies and challenges".
During the workshop, the presentations and discussions were focused on the topics of energy storage technologies, pilot development and monitoring, the legal framework in Cyprus, the competitive market and support schemes.
