A head of the team specializing in providing legal advice to infrastructure companies in particular on energy law as well as rendering legal services to municipal entities. Has an extensive experience in restructuring, green field and brown field projects in the energy sector.

Ms Szolnoki leads the Energy Storage Working Group at the Hungarian Battery Association (HUBA). Under her leadership over the past year, HUBA has played a significant role in public consultations for the government’s tender for a 400 MW / 800 MWh storage capacity. Additionally, her working group represents storage licensees in the Distribution System Operator (DSO) and Transmission System Operator (TSO) network code committees. They produce working papers and recommendations advocating for storage-specific regulations in the Hungarian electricity system.

Palma is also a senior research associate at Zero Carbon Hub based at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, where she leads various research projects focused on decarbonizing the Hungarian energy sector, including battery storage initiatives.

On 23rd September 2022, the Management Board of APS Energia S.A. announces the signing of an agreement between the National Centre for Research and Development and APS Energia S.A. as the consortium leader and Warsaw University of Technology as the consortium partner, for funding the project "APStorage 2.0. Modular – configurable, remotely controllable and cyber-secure, energy storage and conditioning system."

The project will be implemented under the programme "New technologies in the field of energy", prepared by the National Centre for Research and Development to support Poland''s achievements in climate neutrality.

The planned outcome of the Project is to develop a system with unique functional features, providing competitive advantages in the dynamically developing energy storage market.
